Naloxone is the medication known as Narcan™. Watch three quick videos about how to use it, how naloxone works, and rescue breaths.

Important Notes: Narcan™ is active for 30-90 minutes. Overdose may return and additional doses may be needed. It is critical to call 911 for emergency medical assistance. INarcan™ will not cause harm if it is not an opioid overdose - Do not hesitate because you are not sure if the overdose was caused by an opiate.

Lead by MCC staff and volunteers. The lengths of the walks will vary. Trails are easy and typically flat, please wear proper attire, bring water and a snack. All are welcome; people in recovery, family, friends, allies. Walk-ins welcome.
